I have damaged merchandise. What do I have to do?

We will review your case and contact you to indicate the return number (RMA) and the procedure. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from RMA.

I need a product that I don't see on your website. Can you provide it to me??

We are an importer specialized in industrial electronic products. We can locate and supply any item you request. Out-of-catalog items are subject to minimum order quantities, orders are not cancelable and merchandise is not returnable.

What are the Guarantee Conditions?

Unless otherwise indicated/agreed in specific cases/products, the limited manufacturer's warranty offered by SELENIKO 03, S.L. For new products used by OEM (original equipment manufacturer) it is ONE YEAR FROM THE INVOICE DATE.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or premature failure of the product under normal conditions of use established by the manufacturer.

The guarantee is provided exclusively at the facilities of SELENIKO 03, S.L and the customer must return the product postage paid. Once repaired under warranty it will be returned to the client postage paid.

The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, nor damage caused by external causes/events such as (but not limited to) water damage, damage from external particle contamination, shock, excessive vibration, damage from overvoltage or polarity reversal, damage from electrostatic discharge or other EMC events, damage from temperature conditions outside of operating conditions.

For products that require it, the warranty does not cover periodic maintenance (cleaning and/or calibrations).

The warranty also does not cover parts that suffer wear during normal use such as (but not only) belts, rollers, thermal heads, cutters...

NOTE AT FOOT:

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users 23/2003 (and its successive modifications) does not affect commercial relations between the “seller” and its suppliers.

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users will not apply when the purchaser of the good is not a consumer. The same law establishes that consumers are natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy as FINAL recipients, as far as we are concerned here, movable property, regardless of the public or private, individual or collective nature of those who produce or supply them.

Those who, without constituting final recipients, acquire, store or consume goods to integrate them into production, transformation, marketing or supply processes to third parties will not be considered consumers.
